The service

[Company legal name] provides API access to an open-weight language model modified to reduce refusals ("abliterated"). The model can produce inaccurate, offensive, or harmful text. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for complying with the law and the acceptable use policy.

Accounts and keys

You must be at least 18. Keep API keys secret; you are responsible for usage under your keys. Revoke compromised keys in the console.

Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid and used per token at the published rates at the time of each request.
Unused credits are refundable on request within [N] days of purchase, minus processor fees, after pending requests settle. Credits expire after [N] months of inactivity [or: do not expire].
Chargebacks and payment reversals freeze the account until resolved.
Billing disputes about a request must be raised within 30 days with its request id.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance can interrupt requests. Current availability is on the status page.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, or when required by law, payment processors, or our hosting providers.

Liability
